Having developed a familiar relationship with Stockholm and the country’s ecological awareness the Wa returned to the capital for a short visit. While there he installed a 3.8 meter tall balloon nipple in a natural area of the city, on the globe. Within a week of this installation he flew to Hong Kong where he erected a 4m.30 high needle, suspended from a bridge at the side of a busy highway.
